Summary

The feedback available is highly positive. Respondents rated the pack as useful, wanted more health promotion of this kind, and believed Safer 2 could reduce drug-related harms. The strongest finding is not simply that most respondents liked the pack, but that positive ratings were consistently concentrated at the top of the scale.

The results support continued production and distribution, while the comments identify practical refinements: clearer external labelling, more portable formats, translated materials and continued emphasis on overdose and 999 guidance.

Method

This report analyses 19 completed evaluation forms returned from packs distributed between May 2025 and July 2026. Standalone values of “20” in the export were treated as blank or unanswered fields. Multiple selections were counted individually.

Limitations

Approximately 3,000 evaluation forms were distributed, giving a return rate of about 0.6%. The sample is therefore small and self-selecting, and disappointing given the number of forms distributed. The findings should be treated as indicative feedback rather than a representative measure of all pack recipients.
