How to contact us
PIP PAC is one of several projects managed by the Gay Men’s Health Collective. We have a contact page on this and emails are usually answered within 2 hours. Please remember, we are a group of volunteers with no paid staff so bear with us if you don’t get an ‘instant’ response. You can also write to us at: 61 Mansell Street, London E1 8AN but post is not being collected regularly until Spring 2022.

When we are open
We have no opening hours as such but set aside time weekly to assemble packs and process orders.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

How do I pay for my order?
We accept PayPal and other major debit and credit cards. We do not accept payment by cheque, postal order or cash. Your payment receipt will read: GMHC.

How long will my order take?
We aim to despatch orders daily at 4pm, Mon-Fri. Orders received after this time will be despatched the following working day. We only deliver in the United Kingdom.

Discreet packaging
Packs are sent in discreet packaging with no indication as to what is inside or where the item was bought.

All credit and debit card payments are handled by PayPal, a third party secure payment service provider. Your purchase will display as PIP PAC on your statement. All transactions are SSL protected. It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order.

Order cancellation
Should you wish to cancel your order prior to despatch, please contact us on the same day you placed the order.
