How to contact us
PIP PAC is one of several projects managed by the Gay Men’s Health Collective. We have a contact page on this and emails are usually answered within 2 hours. Please remember, we are a group of volunteers with no paid staff so bear with us if you don’t get an ‘instant’ response. You can also write to us at: 61 Mansell Street, London E1 8AN but post is not being collected regularly until Spring 2022.

When we are open
We have no opening hours as such but set aside time weekly to assemble packs and process orders.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No.

How do I pay for my order?
We accept PayPal and other major debit and credit cards. We do not accept payment by cheque, postal order or cash. Your payment receipt will read: GMHC.

How long will my order take?
We aim to despatch orders daily at 4pm, Mon-Fri. Orders received after this time will be despatched the following working day. We only deliver in the United Kingdom.

Discreet packaging
Packs are sent in discreet packaging with no indication as to what is inside or where the item was bought.

Security
All credit and debit card payments are handled by PayPal, a third party secure payment service provider. Your purchase will display as PIP PAC on your statement. All transactions are SSL protected. It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order.

Order cancellation
Should you wish to cancel your order prior to despatch, please contact us on the same day you placed the order.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The owner of this website is the Gay Men’s Health Collective (GMHC), a volunteer-run organisation. You can write to us at: GMHC, 61 Mansell Street, London E1 8AN. You have the sole responsibility for all actions you undertake on this website. We will NOT pass your personal details or payment information on to any third party. You undertake that all details provided for the purchase of our packs are legal and correct and that any debit/ credit card used is your own and there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of goods ordered. If there are any changes in the above details it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.

Liability
We accept no liability for any errors or omissions on our website. We reserve the right to change information, prices and descriptions of products at any time. We will do our best to correct errors and omissions as soon as possible after being notified of them. We are not responsible for the content of externally linked internet sites. All packs will be sent to the delivery address given by you and stated in the order confirmation. We have no liability for any delay in the delivery of products ordered to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control.

Returns
We strive to offer quality products that have been sourced from suppliers in the UK. If you receive a product that is incomplete or incorrect, contact us for a credit. You must include the reason for the item’s return to ensure that your query is dealt with efficiently. Please return packs to us unused, properly packaged and in the original packaging where possible. Your statutory rights are not affected.

This version of the privacy policy is effective as of 6th May 2019. For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998, the data controller is GMHC, 61 Mansell Street, London E1 8AN. This privacy policy governs the collection and use of personal information relating to potential and existing customers of PIP PAC, managed by the Gay Men’s Health Collective. The Gay Men’s Health Collective is committed to abiding by this Privacy Policy, as well as the requirements of applicable laws, in the operation of its business. COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We collect as little information as we possibly need to process orders. Personal information collected from you may include your name, payment processing information, postal address, email address, landline or mobile telephone number, delivery details as well as other non-sensitive personal information. We do this for payment processing and so we can respond to your enquiries. We only store this information where we are required to do so by law, and for the exercise or defence of legal claims.
