Released in May 2025, SAFER 2 is the follow-up to SAFER 1. While there is a focus on chems, many of the health and wellbeing issues addressed affect individuals across the board. From May 2025, SAFER 2 will be distributed across gay and LGBT+ scenes, drug and sexual health services and LGBT+ and HIV organisations, in London. While existing resources have been updated, ‘Using G’, ‘Navigating Support’, ‘Health and Wellbeing’ are new following feedback and suggestions. Artwork continues to be provided by immensely talented Walter Walrus, though Navigating Support took a purposely minimalist direction. An online version will be available on the health and wellbeing website MENRUS.CO.UK where SAFER 2 QR codes are directed for further information and signposting.
